From Surviving to Living

Counselling with Jim

Hello, my name is Jim Campbell.

Sometimes life can feel difficult, confusing and overwhelming - as though you’re simply surviving rather than living.

You don’t have to face this alone.

I offer a safe, accepting space where we can explore what’s happening together.

Having experienced difficult times in my own life, and finding counselling life-changing, I understand how important it can be to have a space where you feel heard without judgement.

I believe that with the right support, people can find their own way forward - moving beyond survival and towards a more fulfilling way of living.

I provide person-centred counselling in Edinburgh and online via Zoom.

I help people with a wide range of reasons:

  • Anxiety, stress and burnout

  • Depression and low mood

  • Low self-esteem and confidence

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Bereavement and loss

  • Trauma

  • Major life changes

  • Loneliness and isolation

  • Self-harm

  • Addictions

  • Emotional distress

  • Dementia

  • Spirituality

You know what you are experiencing, and you may already know what you are finding difficult, or you may simply know something doesn’t feel right.

Whatever you bring, I am happy to explore it with you and support you in whatever you choose to share.
